Эта деятельность охватывает собственно аудит, т.е. за­ ключение независимого профессионального бухгалтера-аудитора о достоверности публичной бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности, и предоставление услуг, сопутствующих аудиту, — весьма разнооб­ разных, но непременно требующих высокой квалификации профес­ сионального бухгалтера. Хотя учебный курс в вузах (особенно по специальности «Бухгалтерский учет, анализ и аудит») называется «Аудит», он знакомит читателя со всей системой знаний аудитор­ ской деятельности.

Simulation and Software Radio for Mobile Communications

This book describes a method for evaluating the wireless communication systems by computer simulation. This chapter shows how evaluations by computer simulation are beneficial in wireless communication research by reviewing the history of a mobile communication system that is representative of wireless communication systems. Then, the significance of evaluation by computer simulation is described. Finally, this chapter describes the scope of this book and presents some figures that describe the process of evaluation by computer simulation for wireless communication systems.

A practical review of state-of-the-art non-contiguous multicarrier technologies that are revolutionizing how data is transmitted, received, and processed This book addresses the advantages and the limitations of modern multicarrier technologies and how to meet the challenges they pose using non-contiguous multicarrier technologies and novel algorithms that enhance spectral efficiency, interference robustness, and reception performance. It explores techniques using non-contiguous subcarriers which allow for flexible spectrum aggregation while achieving high spectral efficiency and flexible transmission and reception at lower OSI layers. These include non-contiguous orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (NC-OFDM), its enhanced version, non-contiguous filter-bank-based multicarrier (NC-FBMC), and generalized multicarrier. Following an overview of current multicarrier technologies for radio communication, the authors examine particular properties of these technologies that allow for more efficient usage within key directions of 5G.

В работе рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с распределением ресурсов между несколькими независимыми проектами. Задача состоит в минимизации времени завершения всех проектов или взвешенной суммы времен завершения. Описанный подход основан на представлении каждого проекта как набора отдельных операций (агрегирование). В рамках этого подхода решается задача оптимального распределения ресурсов среди множества независимых операций. После получения распределения ресурсов для каждого проекта можно перейти к решению задачи распределения ресурсов между операциями внутри каждого проекта. Также в работе рассматриваются методы распределения ресурсов между независимыми операциями, а также методы агрегирования проектов. Кроме того, анализируется прикладная задача финансирования инвестиционных проектов.
