The actuality of the research topic. The cutthroat competition, changing employee expectation, change in work environment as well as fight to be on the top, all these driving forces leads the implementation of e-HRM. Human Resource managers need to be aware that the change in technology will not only increase the quality of employee information, but also will have a strong effect on the overall effectiveness of the organization. To reduce the routine transaction and traditional Human Resource activities and to deal with the complex transformational ones, the organizations began to electronically automate many of these processes by introducing specialized HRIS (human resource information system) or HRMS (human resource management system).

English in ICT‖ is B2 level English manual for the students of Computer Science and Technical English in Higher Education. It aims to help these students to extend and develop a wide variety of language skills and to acquire a knowledge of technology in English. Motivating and informative, authentic and semi-authentic texts to improve both reading and listening skills with variety topics are presented in themed topics. Interactive activities focus on learners‘ ―can do‖ statements and follow the principles of the Common European Framework of Reference requirements. The material in ―English in ICT‖ is based on skills development and communicative tasks. The book consists of 18 topical lessons and each lesson starts with colorful lead-in activity shifting students‘ focus on the topic. Haliyle ısıdan rahatsız olan pireler zıplayarak kaçmaya çalışırlar ama tavana çarparak düşerler. Zemindeki ısıdan dolayı tekrar zıplarlar ve tekrar tavana çarparak geri düşerler. Pireler olayı kavrayamadıkları için kendilerini neyin engellediğini anlayamazlar. Defalarca tavana çarpan pireler sonunda zeminden 30 cm den fazla zıplamamayı öğrenirler. Artık deneyin ikinci aşamasına geçilir. Tavandaki cam kaldırılır ve tekrar zemine ısı verilir. Tüm pirelerin daha yükseğe zıplama imkanları olduğu halde 30 cm den fazla zıplamadıkları görülür.Tavanda cam engel yoktur ama daha yükseğe zıplamayı hiç denemezler. Pirelerin bu yaşadıklarına ‘cam tavan sendromu’ denir. Bir insanın başarabileceğine inandığı üst hayali onun cam tavanıdır.
