Surgical Anatomy Review

Robert B. Trelease, PhD, is Professor in the Division of Integrative Anatomy, Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, in the David Geffen School of Medicine (DGSOM) at UCLA. In 1996, Dr. Trelease became a founding member of and Faculty Advisor to the Instructional Design and Technology Unit (IDTU), part of the DGSOM Dean’s Office established to develop online learning resources for medical education. IDTU currently provides and manages a broad range of web server– and mobile device–based educational resources for all 4 years of the medical school curriculum, as well as developing new multimedia teaching tools and course management applications. Dr. Trelease currently serves as Associate Director of IDTU, in addition to teaching medical gross anatomy, embryology, and neuroanatomy.

Стандарты диагностики и лечения по терапии разработаны ведущими специалистами Республиканского специализированного научно-практического медицинского центра терапии и медицинской реабилитации, а также главными консультантами Министерства здравоохранения Республики Узбекистан, согласно международной классификации 10-го пересмотра (МКБ-10). Целью создания стандартов является оказание содействия терапевтам, врачам смежных специальностей и ВОП в правильном и рациональном проведении диагностических и лечебных мероприятий наиболее распространенных терапевтических заболеваний.

Ce chapitre introductif à cet ouvrage de synthèse sur l'identité ne veut pas être la énième synthèse et refor- mulation générale de ce qui s'écrit depuis plus de cin- quante ans sur l'identité. Il ne s'agit plus de redire ce que l'on a déjà et toujours lu et relu sur les fondements génétiques: biologiques, psychologiques, relationnels ou culturels de l'identité. Il s'agit de dépasser cette mor- cellisation des approches et des définitions de l'iden- tité. Je tenterai, pour cela, de resituer le concept dans le nouveau paradigme des sciences humaines: le para- digme de la complexité, et je tenterai de proposer une vision générale et nouvelle du phénomène identitaire qui puisse englober et dépasser les diverses théories et définitions connues de l'identité. Je vais donc montrer que les fondements de l'identité d'un acteur pour d'autres acteurs (ou pour lui-même) se trouvent dans les identités de ces autres acteurs (ou du premier acteur lui-même). Cette proposition n'est pas une tautologie ou un tour de passe-passe intellectuel. II s'agit bien d'une conséquence, tout à fait pleine de sens, des théories de la complexité: constructivisme et systé- misme, appliquées aux sciences humaines.
