Пирометаллургическое обеднение шлаков цветной металлургии

Изложены теоретические основы процессов пирометаллургического обеднения шлаков, получаемых в производстве тяжелых цветных .металлов. Особое внимание уделено выявлению общих черт разнообразных обеднительных процессов и форма­ лизации их описания. Рассмотрена роль указанных процессов в пирометаллургиче­ ских схемах, их влияние на показатели схемы в целом и вытекающие из\этих взаи­ мосвязей ограничения. Подробно освещены две наиболее важные группы обедни­ тельных процессов: восстановительное обеднение и обеднение перемешиванием рас­ плавов шлака и извлекающей донной фазы. Обобщены методики технологических расчетов обеднения, приведены примеры расчетов, в том числе с помощью статичес­ ких математических моделей.

Большой ринг

Книга вышла сравительно не большим тиражом, и многие из любителей бокса, которым я ее адресовал, не смогли с ней познакомиться. International Law: Quo Vadis? defines ‘international financial law', considers the nature of the rules that this subject comprises, and presents a history of the topic since its origin as a discipline. It lays down the structure of the global financial architecture. The Financial Stability Board (FSB) promotes financial stability worldwide by co-ordinating the development of policies within the sector – including its regulation and supervision. International financial institutions and committees, such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) – which is a committee of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) – publish global standards over their areas of expertise, thereby providing a structure into which the rules of jurisdictions are to fit. The book devotes a chapter to describing instruments developed by each of the following standard-setting entities: (i) The FSB, (ii) the committees of the BIS (excluding the BCBS), (iii) the BCBS, (iv) the International Organization of Securities Commissions, and (v) the IMF. Then, the monograph covers the workings of the global financial architecture, building upon the structure described earlier and the specialist chapters.

Corporate Laws

After 1991, corporate sector of India has been on the upswing. It has augmented the need to revamp the law relating to companies to make it pragmatic and aligned with contemporary realities. It is in this context that the current text has been written. The basic aim is to explain the various provisions of company law in a simple manner for easy understanding of students. An attempt has been made to highlight the application part of this law. In view of the reduction in total number of substantive provisions in the current company legislation, reference to relevant rules has been made wherever considered necessary. Keeping this fact in mind, the book has described various concepts of this subject in a comprehensive manner. The book inter alia deals with various topics, including the classification of companies and their formation; statutory documents and doctrines connected therewith; promoters and their role in the promotion and incorporation of a company; holding of general meetings; institution of directors with special focus on independent directors; corporate governance; raising of securities through prospectus; accounts and audit; oppression and mismanagement; majority rule and minority rights; enforcement authorities; class action suits; corporate social responsibility; and winding up. The book also discusses how the new law is different from its predecessor. Настоящий Регламент является юридическим документом, устанавливающим условия и положения проведения соревнований по футболу в Республике Узбекистан (далее по тексту Регламент), разработанный в соответствии с положениями Уставов ФИФА, АФК; ФФУ и ПФЛУз действующим законодательством РУз. Настоящий Регламент вступает в силу с 1 января 2009 года и действителен до 31 декабря 2009 года. Регламент 2008 года считать утратившим силу с 31 декабря 2008 года.
